Process flow of mobile crusher

The process flow of a mobile crusher mainly includes several key steps such as pretreatment, crushing, screening and dust removal, and water washing. ‌

Preprocessing: In this stage, hydraulic hammers are usually used to crush and reduce oversized materials, while iron removers are used to adsorb steel segments to prevent damage to the conveyor belt, and other waste such as non-metallic blocks, wood, paper, and other packaging materials are sorted out. ‌

 

Crushing: Pre treated materials are subjected to crushing operations, with one or two crushing configured according to process requirements. The initial crushing is carried out by feeding the material to the jaw crusher, and then transported to the impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing. Then, it is screened by a vibrating screen, and those that meet the standards enter the next stage. Those that do not meet the standards are re transported to the crusher chamber for further crushing, forming a closed-loop cycle. ‌

 

Screening and dust removal: Install fan ducts in crushers, vibrating screens, and other places where dust is generated. The dust is drawn into a closed air duct by the fan, and a water spray nozzle is installed to atomize the water and clean the dust, creating a green and environmentally friendly production plant area. ‌

 

Water washing: Materials that meet the particle requirements after crushing and screening are cleaned by a wheel sand washing machine or a spiral sand washing machine. Coarse materials are discharged from the bottom by a spiral rod, and the rest are settled into fine materials, mud, and organic matter through overflow in a sedimentation tank. The layers are accurate, the boundaries are clear, and different specifications of sand and gravel aggregates are formed, which are used in different recycled aggregate plant areas. ‌
