Do you know the four elements of leveling for a grader?

May 15, 2024

For mechanical equipment, the construction effect is closely related to the actual working conditions. Taking a grader as an example, leveling on soft sand is different from leveling on hard sand. Do you know the four elements of leveling for a grader?

1. Find the correct machine:
This directly affects the quality of your life. First of all, if you want to level, you need to keep the grader equipment itself in a stable state. But sometimes there are special working conditions that do not allow us to stand the machine flat, so we have to rely on angles and operations.

2. First horizontal and then vertical:
Why do we have to start horizontally and then vertically? If you flatten it vertically first and then flatten it horizontally afterwards, no matter how good your skills are, you won't be able to do it well because what you make will always be wavy. Actually, the reason for flattening horizontally first is because the contact area is relatively large, which makes it easier for oneself to operate.

3. Once finalized:
This is easy to understand. As the name suggests, we should be able to do it once and never do it again. If we do it twice or three times, it will first affect efficiency, and then the soil will become looser and more difficult to clean up. Therefore, we should try not to do it twice if we can do it once.

4. Fight to Fight:
This is the only way to ensure a neat and tidy life. Each bucket should be pressed against the edge mark of the previous bucket, so as to achieve neatness and not be troublesome. Remember to handle the connecting parts well, otherwise it will still be wavy.
