Introduction
The 510W portable trommel screen is a self-contained, diesel-powered, portable screening plant designed to separate topsoil, compost, and green waste-type products. It uses a direct open feed hopper with a large 30in * 9Ft rotating drum and a 48in * 3.2Ft under-screen rear discharge conveyor. The pile height generated by the side discharge conveyor and the oversized conveyor will provide operators with hours of uninterrupted processing time. It is the ultimate high-capacity processing plant for landscape designers.

How Does It Work?
The portable trommel screening plants are composed of a motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet. The drum device is mounted on the rack at an inclined Angle. The motor is connected with the drum unit through a coupling through the reducer and drives the drum unit to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the cylinder device, due to tilting and turning the drum unit, make the material on the surface of the screen flips and rolls, less than the material of mesh (screen) by cylindrical drum sieve, materials is greater than the mesh (screen) by the end of the drum, in the process of drum screen operation, turnover, rolling material inside the drum, the card in the mesh material can be pop up, not easily sieve pore jams, sand screen drum, drum screen, and the principle of the drum screen are mostly the same, just name is different.
