1. Rolling bearings are the most severely worn parts in machinery, so each rolling bearing should be lubricated with grease every two months or so using a grease gun;
2. Different types of lubricating oil are used for different parts, such as the shaft sleeve on the packaging film roller and the shaft sleeve at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor, which should be filled with 40 # mechanical oil;
3. The clutch is the key to starting the packaging machine, and the clutch part should be lubricated with grease;
4. Lubrication of the chain is common and relatively simple. Each sprocket chain should be dripped with mechanical oil with a viscosity greater than 40 #.
When we operate and use vertical packaging scales, we need to lubricate and maintain these scales more often. Proper maintenance of our products can also extend their service life.
