1. The reason why powder packaging machines do not clamp or place bags is usually due to problems with the bag clamping switch, bag placement switch, electromagnetic valve or cylinder that controls the bag clamping;
2. If the coarse feed gate cannot be opened or closed, it is generally due to problems with the solenoid valve or cylinder that controls it;
3. After the material weighing is completed, if it is not possible to open the material door and release the loose bag by oneself, or if the manual material release button cannot be pressed, it is generally due to a problem with the solenoid valve or cylinder that controls the material door to release the material. After replacing the spare parts, it will be normal. If pressing the manual feeding button works, it indicates a weighing error or a problem with the system settings;
4. After the material weighing is completed, if a small amount is added to the packaging bag from the weighing bin, the packaging bag will be released by itself. This problem is not common, but it is representative. This issue indicates that the weighing cycle of the powder packaging machine has been completed and the conditions meet the requirements for self feeding, that is, the solenoid valve has been energized and the cylinder has been operated, but the cylinder's operating stroke is far from sufficient.
