The power source of the circular vibrating screen is driven by the exciter. Unlike the linear vibrating screen, Longzhong Heavy Industry has mature technical strength to explain the reasons for the abnormality of the exciter in the circular vibrating screen equipment.
Quality issues with the device. Improper adjustment of the gap between the exciter and the motor, as well as the axial and radial joints between the exciter and the universal joint, and the relative position of the exciter eccentric block, can cause errors during the installation process, resulting in excessive oscillation of the exciter and high temperature, which seriously affects the normal operation of the circular vibrating screen.
The damping system is damaged. Failure of the damping spring or excessive accumulation of material under the screen can cause the damping system to be uncoordinated, resulting in damage to the exciter.
Lubrication failure. The exciter is manually lubricated and oiled once every 8 hours. The smoothing agent is molybdenum disulfide smoothing grease. The circular vibrating screen is in a high-temperature and dusty environment. The distance between the manual smoothing pump and the smoothing point is far, especially in winter when the room temperature is low, which can cause the smoothing grease to condense and clump, leading to bearing wear and failure.
Improper use. Due to sudden shutdown caused by production or other equipment failures, the screening box is filled with mineral materials. If the exciter is restarted under heavy load, it is highly likely to cause damage to the universal joint and other components of the exciter.
